IT WOULD SERVE THE PURPOSE BUT ITS TOO THIN.

I have a bulging disk and was advised to use a rolled towel for support, but it always ended up too firm or flattened overnight. This pillow provides the perfect balance - supportive yet soft and comfortable. I also really appreciate the washable cover. Highly recommend!

I actually bought this pillow for lumbar support. Typical lumbar pillows are too firm and bulky for me - they pressure my sciatica - but this one is smaller and works perfectly. I plan to use it in my office chair and also bring it on flights. It compresses nicely to fit in my carry-on and should make travel much more comfortable. The thickness is just right, the material is soft, and the zipper feels durable. Great value overall!

This pillow fits my neck perfectly - it's soft yet supportive and has greatly eased my neck and shoulder pain. I've tried two others that were much firmer and uncomfortable. The cover feels nice, but the zipper is very tight and hard to open due to its tiny pull. I added a ribbon loop to help, which made it much easier. Inside, the soft cylindrical foam is wrapped in a thin fabric sleeve. Despite the zipper issue, the comfort is exceptional - definitely 5 stars.
