AlwaysGrand products are covered by a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents
• Damage resulting from washing, cleaning, or use
• Issues caused after the product has been used

At our discretion, we will offer a replacement or refund for eligible warranty claims.
