You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
This policy applies to all AlwaysGrand products, including pillows, cushions, bath pillows, storage boxes, mats, and other home essentials.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items.
To request an exchange, please contact us at alwaysgrand@hotmail.com with your order number and details. Exchange orders are processed after the returned item is received and approved.
